Libya: 'Africa has not given up on Libya'
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? Africa has not given up its responsibilities on the Libyan crisis, the Algerian minister of foreign affairs, Ramtane Lamamra, told a news conference in Oran Thursday at the end of the second conference on peace and security in Africa.
