Tunisia: Conference on evolution of constitutional law in Africa opens
Tunis, Tunisia (PANA) - The President of the Constitutional Council of Algeria, Mourad Medelci, on Monday hailed the evolution of African constitutional law, saying it adds to other achievements in the areas of peace, security and democracy.
