Ethiopia: Sudanese foes allowed more time for talks over ceasefire monitoring plan
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - The Sudanese government and a rival group have agreed to sign a ceasefire agreement ending fighting in two regions after studying proposals for peacekeepers and monitors, former South African President Thabo Mbeki said on Monday.
