Ethiopia: IGAD issues final deadline on South Sudanese conflict, threatens tougher sanctions
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - East African leaders rose from their two-day talks on South Sudan's conflict early Saturday by issuing a 15-day ultimatum to the warring parties to end the fighting or face a military operation to stop civilian killings.
