Tanzania: 'Spend cautiously'; IMF advises Niger
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (PANA) - Though Niger's medium-term economic outlook remains favourable, the country faces risks stemming from both internal and external sources which demand efficiency of spending through structural reforms, according to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
