Libya: Parliament calls for end to inter-tribal clashes in southern Libya
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? Libya's Parliament has called for immediate end to bloody clashes that have for several days pitted Toubou and Touareg ethnic communities against each other in the southern Oubari region.
