UN: UN chief stresses need to stop fighting in Libya for political breakthrough
New York, US (PANA) - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Saturday in Tripoli, Libya, stressed the need for Libyans to stop fighting, in order to forge a political breakthrough, saying "enough of the killings, displacement of people and destruction".
