Mali: Ban voices ?outrage? as UN peacekeeper killed in second deadly attack this month

Print 8 October 2014 #150 Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon voiced outrage today at a fatal attack against United Nations peacekeepers in Mali ? the second in less than a week ? that left one ?blue helmet? dead and wounded another, while the UN peacekeeping chief urged Malian parties to make a ?credible effort? to reach a peace accord.
