Ethiopia: South Sudanese rebels claim govt troops responsible for new flare ups
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - South Sudanese rebels have accused troops loyal to President Salva Kiir of shelling their positions in Unity State as talks continue in the Ethiopian lakeside town of Bahir Dar.
