Tanzania: IMF team sees threats to Algeria's macroeconomic stability growing
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (PANA) - For the first time in nearly 15 years, Algeria's current account is expected to record a deficit as slumping hydrocarbon production, strong domestic hydrocarbon consumption, and lower oil prices weigh on exports, while imports continue to grow, a visiting staff team of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has observed.
