Ethiopia: Somalia offers militants amnesty after Al Shabaab leader's killing
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Somali President Sheikh Mohamud, has offered a 45-day amnesty to remnants of the militant group, Al Shabaab, saying those who cut links with the group would be offered government positions.
