Ethiopia: IGAD vows action against South Sudan ceasefire violations
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - South Sudan ceasefire mediators warned Saturday of decisive steps against the violation of an agreement signed here this week, to end eight months of fighting and to improve the humanitarian situation on the ground.
