Ethiopia: East African leaders sign commitment to impose South Sudan sanctions
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - East African leaders have signed a commitment to impose sanctions against South Sudanese leaders should they continue to hamper efforts to restore peace and stability in their three-year old state, PANA reported Monday.
