Ethiopia: South Sudan threatens to overrun rebel strongholds if talks fail
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - The South Sudanese government said Friday it would ignore the 23 January ceasefire agreement and attack rebel outposts, unless the rebels sign an agreement to stop the fighting and push their forces at least 10km apart.
