Libya: 'Military intervention will not resolve Libyan crisis', says Algeria
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? Algeria does not believe in military intervention to resolve the ongoing political crisis in Libya, according to Algeria's Foreign Affairs Minister, Ramtan Lamamra.
