Ethiopia: South Sudan talks on brink of collapse after rebel boycott
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - South Sudanese rebels boycotted talks to end the crisis in their country for a whole day Tuesday, forcing international diplomats to hold crisis talks focusing on how to save the fragile process, sources told PANA.
