Ethiopia: AU hails Mali breakthrough, factions avoid direct contact
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - The main parties involved in the Malian peace talks have signed an agreement to end hostilities and agreed on the principles of the peace talks but have avoided direct contact, an African Union (AU) official said here Friday.
