Ethiopia: Ethiopian PM says IGAD resisting pressure to sanction S. Sudan leaders
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn said on Friday there was international pressure on the East African bloc to sanction South Sudanese leaders over the killings which have been ongoing in the three-year-old state, but those measures were likely to be considered as a last resort.
