Tunisia: 'No concrete proposals from conference by Libya's neighbours'
Tunis, Tunisia (PANA) ? The third meeting of foreign ministers from Libya?s neighbouring countries - Tunisia, Niger, Chad, Sudan, Algeria and Egypt - contains neither practical nor concrete measures likely to end the Libyan crisis, which is deteriorating by the day, observers said in the Libyan capital on Monday.
