Nigeria: Senate opposes planned identification of Northerners in South Eastern state
Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) ? The Nigerian Senate Thursday asked President Goodluck Jonathan to intervene and prevent the nation?s security agencies from enforcing the identity card policy being planned by the Imo State government for citizens of Northern Nigeria resident in the state.
