Libya: Russia urges Libyan protagonists to go for dialogue, consensus
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Russian government Tuesday called on the Libyan political forces to resolve outstanding issues through dialogue and consensus, according to a statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry carried by the Libyan media.
