Libya: Gov't distances itself from Haftar ultimatum to Turkish, Qatari nationals
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? The Libyan ministry of foreign affairs on Monday said that the 48-hour ultimatum by troops loyal to retired General Haftar to Turkish and Qatari nationals to leave eastern Libya or face arrest or legal proceedings, does not reflect the official position.
