Mauritania: Oppisition candidate rules out full transparency in voting process
Nouakchott, Mauritania (PANA) - Although he did not believe that there will be full electoral transparency, in Mauritania, the candidate for the Alliance for Justice and Democracy/ Movement for Reconciliation (AJD/MR), Ibrahima Moctar Sarr, Saturday voted in the nation's presidential election.
