Libya: Judges protest dismissal of Attorney General by the GNC
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? The Libyan High Judicial Council has described the dismissal of the Attorney General, Abdel Radhouane, by the General National Congress (GNC), the country?s highest political and legislative authority, as an encroachment on the functions of the judiciary whose independence is enshrined in the Libyan Constitution.
