Nigeria: '102 local govt. areas susceptible to flooding this year'
Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) ? The Nigerian Hydrological Service Agency (NHSA) on Monday predicted that about 102 of the nation?s 774 Local Government Areas are at high risk of flooding in 2014.
