Nigeria: Arrangements for 2016 national census underway in Nigeria
Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) ? The process towards the conduct of the 2016 Nigerian national population census may have begun with Monday?s formal request by the Nigerian National Population Commission (NPC) on President Goodluck Jonathan to make a presidential proclamation to that effect.
