Mali: Bamako delighted at moves by armed groups to partake in inclusive dialogue
Bamako, Mali (PANA) ? The Malian government Thursday issued an official statement, welcoming the 9 June, 2014, joint declaration by the three rebel movements in northern Mali which will create the room for all-inclusive dialogue.
