2014 FIFA WC: Nigerian minister warns against watching matches at public places
Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) ? Ahead of the kick-off of the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Thursday, the Minister of Nigeria?s Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Administration, Bala Mohammed, has warned residents against public viewing of the matches.
