US: UN announces political initiative in Libya
New York, US (PANA) - The Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General and head of the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Mr. Tarek Mitri, on Friday announced an initiative to bring together some of the country?s most influential actors to settle long-divisive issues, particularly the violence plaguing the east of the country.
