Libya: Former PM still refuses to hand over power
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? Governance in Libya appears to be in limbo as former Libyan Prime Minister, Abdallah al-Theni, on Saturday reaffirmed his refusal to hand over power to Ahmed Maitigue, who was elected by the National General Congress (NGC, Parliament).
