Libya: EU urges Libyan parties to make 'tough decisions' to end crisis
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The European Union (EU) has called on the Libyan parties to make tough decisions and concessions towards ending the crisis that has bogged the country down since the end of the 2011 uprising.
