Mali: Malian president vows, "I'll punish armed invaders of Kidal"
Bamako, Mali (PANA) ? The Malian president, Ibrahim Boubacar Kéita, Monday vowed that perpetrators of the attack during Prime Minister Moussa Mara's visit to Kidal, northern Mali, will be punished appropriately.
