Ethiopia: South Sudan tension rises after artillery shells hit rebel positions
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - South Sudanese rebels have warned they would resume full-scale attacks against government troops after four artillery shells targeted a military parade in the Upper Nile state, a rebel military commander said on Thursday.
