Nigeria: State of emergency to be extended in three northern states
Lagos, Nigeria (PANA) - Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan has asked the National Assembly (parliament) to approve the extension by another six months of the state of emergency he imposed in Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe last year to curtail the activities of the terror group Boko Haram.
