Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) ? United States Under-Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights, Ms Sarah Sewall, on Tuesday began a two-day visit to Nigeria, meeting with top political, civil and other stakeholders over issues of counter-terrorism, elections and human rights.
