Ethiopia: South Sudanese parties trade ceasefire blames
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Less than 48 hours after the warring parties in South Sudan signed a landmark ceasefire pact in Ethiopia, and within a day of its coming into effect, both sides have been trading blames on alleged violation of the deal aimed at ending a five-month internecine war.
