UN: Relief official appeals for urgent funding for Somalia
New York, US (PANA) - The UN Humanitarian Coordinator in Somalia, Mr. Philippe Lazzarini, says poor rains, high food prices and ongoing conflict have intersected to push Somalia once gain to the brink of crisis.
