Belgium: EU names Philip de Ceuninck head of EUCAP Sahel Niger
Brussels, Belgium (PANA) - The EU Political and Security Committee (PSC), a body of Permanent Representatives of Member States of the organization, has named Philippe de Ceuninck, head of the European Union Capacity Building in Niger (EUCAP Sahel Niger).
