Libya: Constituent Assembly to speed up draft constitution
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Constituent Authority, charged with drafting a new Constitution for Libya, will work "independently and impartially" to speed up the making of new laws, Committee President, Ali Tarhouni, promised after their first meeting on Tuesday at Beidha (eastern Libya).
