Ethiopia: South Sudan peace talks delayed amid anger over massacre
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Peace talks to end the ongoing fighting in South Sudan have been postponed to 28 April following the flare up in the war which has displaced more than one million civilians, mediators said Tuesday.
