Libya: Tunisian kidnapped in Libya urges his country to negotiate with captors
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - An employee of the Tunisian Embassy who was abducted 21 March in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, has called on the Tunisian authorities to negotiate with his captors.
