Libya: Electoral commission gets new chairman
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? The Libyan National General Congress (NGC), the country's highest political and parliamentary body, on Tuesday appointed Imed Al-Sayeh as the chairman of the higher national electoral commission (HNEC).
