Mauritania: President Aziz refuses to form all-inclusive govt
Nouakchott, Mauritania (PANA) - The Mauritanian President, Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, has rejected proposals for the formation of a broad-based government, made up of representatives of all factions including the opposition, saying he will not postpone presidential elections scheduled for 1 May and 31 July.
