Nigeria: INEC, Netherlands, AU sign MoU on violence-free election
Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) ? The Nigerian Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the African Union Commission (AUC), Netherlands and the International Information Technology Developers Entrepreneurship Accelerator (IDEA) for the deployment of Election Risk Management (ERM) tools to ensure that violence is completely eradicated ahead of the 2015 general elections.
