Libya: Armed groups leader agrees to end oil ports blockade
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The leader of armed groups that have been controlling the main oil ports in eastern Libya for months, Mr. Ibrahim Jodhrane, has agreed to end the blockade of the oil terminals.
