Libya: Parliament approves suplementary budget for Benghazi security
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The General National Congress (GNC), the highest political and legislative authority in Libya, on Sunday approved a supplementary budget of 252 million dinars (about US$201.6 million) for the provision of adequate security in Benghazi and Derna, Eastern Libya, the two cities where violence has escalated in recent times.
