Ethiopia: South Sudanese talks adjourn abruptly over detainees deadlock
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - South Sudanese peace talks adjourned abruptly until 30 April after President Salva Kiir?s delegation insisted on the non-inclusion of former political detainees to an agreement on the broad agenda of the talks that was ready for signature, negotiators said Monday.
