Nigeria: ACBF signs MOU with Nigerian Institute on training
Lagos, Nigeria (PANA) ? The Harare based African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) has signed an agreement with the Nigerian National Institute for Legislative Studies (NILS), which will enable the Foundation to support the Institute in its goal of developing the legislative arm of government in Nigeria and the West African sub-region.
