Libya: Congress approves US$2 billion emergency budget
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? The Libyan National General Congress (NGC) on Tuesday approved a budget of 2.55 billion dinars (about US$2 billion) for emergency cases, parliamentary sources told PANA.
