UN: Refugee agency expresses concern on friction in South Sudan state
New York, US (PANA) - The UN High Commissoner for Refugees (UNCHR) says it is gravely concerned about new tensions rising in South Sudan's volatile Upper Nile state following what it described as "tit-for-tat" attacks between locals and refugees sparked by food shortages.
